the pool
The heart of the neighborhood from opening day to adult swim. Board meetings, movie nights, and the social committee's best work all happen poolside. Season dates and guest policies are announced each spring by newsletter.
shade & tables
the pavilion
Timber beams, umbrellas, and room to spread out. The pavilion beside the pool hosts cookouts, committee meetings, and more than a few birthday parties.
four legs welcome
the dog park
A fenced, shaded run where the neighborhood's dogs do their socializing. Please keep tags current, scoop generously, and mind the posted hours.
for the youngest neighbors
the playground
Slides, towers, and climbing bars a short walk from most front doors. Children under supervision, please; and the equipment is checked seasonally.

Heman E. Perry Park, greenways, and open lawn stitch the neighborhood together. These spaces are maintained by the association for everyone's enjoyment; pack it in, pack it out.
