Our streets are shared space. A few simple rules keep them safe, clear for emergency vehicles, and easy on the eyes.

rules & regulations

  1. Park in your driveway or garage whenever possible; street parking is for guests.
  2. Never block sidewalks, mailboxes, driveways, or fire hydrants.
  3. No overnight street parking without a guest pass from the security committee.
  4. Boats, trailers, RVs, and inoperable vehicles must be stored out of sight per the covenants.
  5. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight in view of the street.
  6. Vehicles in violation may be tagged and, after notice, towed at the owner's expense.

who handles what

HOA / security committee: parking rules, guest passes, covenant vehicle standards, and towing enforcement on neighborhood streets.

Homeowner: your own driveway and garage, your guests' passes, and keeping vehicles operable and properly registered.

City / county: traffic violations, abandoned vehicles on public rights-of-way, and street maintenance.
